Three ways to work with us: a fixed mission pack, a custom mix from the component builder, or an hour bank for ongoing support. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. Payment is by card via Stripe or by bank transfer on the engagement letter.

What is included in VAT?+

Prices on this site are in euros, excluding VAT. For Romanian clients we add 19% TVA. For EU clients with a valid VAT number we apply the reverse-charge mechanism. Clients outside the EU are not charged VAT.

Are the mission packs the only services?+

These are the bundles with a fixed scope and price. Anything outside — large product redesigns, multi-quarter system work, in-house secondments — we quote individually after a discovery call.

Do you work in Romanian or only English?+

We work in both. Roughly half our clients are in Romania, half elsewhere in the EU. Engagement letters can be in either language. Project meetings default to the language the client prefers.

How long is the wait?+

Launchpad missions usually start within ten working days of booking. Larger engagements (Multipage, Identity, Full Build) start within three to five weeks, depending on current studio load. Fast Track pace shortens both significantly.

Who does the design work?+

One of the three senior designers in the studio, named in the engagement letter. We do not outsource, do not subcontract, and do not use generative AI to produce visual work. We use AI for research synthesis and transcription; the design itself is made by hand.

How are hour banks different from a monthly retainer?+

Hour banks are one-time purchases. You buy a bundle of hours and use them over a fixed validity window — ninety, one hundred eighty, or three hundred sixty-five days. There is no monthly commitment and no auto-renewal. Suits teams whose design need is unpredictable but real.

What happens after the engagement ends?+

Every engagement closes with a written handover and an asset library you own outright. Roughly half of our clients book a second engagement within twelve months; the others apply the work themselves.

Are you registered for invoicing in Romania?+

Yes — BrightLayoutGroup SRL, registered in Movilița, Ialomița, with VAT number RO43217684. We issue invoices compliant with Romanian and EU requirements.
